About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer with strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence to join our growing team based in Zug, Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative web-based applications that tightly integrate AI capabilities (Cursor, WindSurf). Knowledge of trading or financial markets is a strong plus, as many of our projects are at the intersection of technology and finance.

Applicants must be based in Switzerland and hold a valid Swiss or EU work permit or have the right to work in Switzerland. Remote applications or relocation requests without a valid permit cannot be considered.

Annual salary: CHF 80,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain websites internal projects
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow (e.g., code generation, content suggestions, testing support)
• Test and troubleshoot issues across devices and browsers
• Continuously explore how AI can enhance development speed, code quality, and user engagement

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or related front-end frameworks)
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Comfortable using AI tools (Cursor, WindSurf, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily workflow
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on a wide variety of projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
• Must be available to work on-site in Zug, 5 days per week, one day remotely.
