• • Evaluate new technologies and ensure the architecture supports growth and innovation.

• • Champion reliability, maintainability, and simplicity in all decisions.

• Requirements

• • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years in architectural or technical-lead roles.

• • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, domain modeling, and modern engineering patterns.

• • Experience designing high-availability, high-performance systems.

• • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

• • Proven track record guiding teams through architectural decisions and trade-offs.

• • Deep familiarity with modern dev practices: CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and monitoring.

• • Hands-on mindset — able to prototype, validate, and support implementation when needed.

• Nice to Have

• • Experience with AI/ML solutions, modern event-driven architectures, or multi-tenant SaaS products.

• • Exposure to regulated industries (finance, health, government) is a plus.

• • Ability to balance technical purity with real-world delivery timelines.
