The role
We are hiring a Blockchain Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and chain integrations. You will work closely with backend and product teams to ship secure, production-ready on-chain systems. This is a hands-on role focused on correctness, gas efficiency, and operational safety.
What you'll do
Design and implement smart contracts
Integrate on-chain systems with backend and frontend services
Write tests, deployment scripts, and upgrade paths
Review contract security and operational risks
Support indexing, events, and transaction monitoring
Collaborate on token, custody, and market flows
What we're looking for
Must-have experience and skills for this role.
3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Solidity or equivalent smart contract experience
Understanding of EVM fundamentals and common patterns
Experience with Hardhat / Foundry (or similar)
Ability to reason about security and edge cases
Comfort collaborating with backend and product teams
Nice to have
Audit experience or formal verification exposure
L2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
ethers.js / web3.js integrations
RWA, DeFi, or fintech product experience
