Senior Product Manager, Panel (Remote, EU/UK)
About Maze Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development. In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. That’s where Maze comes in. We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision. Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves. That’s why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Tools’ Design Tools Survey—and why we’re scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more. Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values. Location: Remote, preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal. Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales. About the Role Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. You’ll help shape how customers recruit and manage participants across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated and future research experiences. This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations and our panel partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners and other product teams. You’ll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs. You’ll work on: Own and evolve the roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze. Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering and experiences that reduce confusion for participants. Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases. Use data and customer insights to understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality and fulfillment. Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests. Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and identify where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage or efficiency. Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs. Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Research Partners to understand customer needs, recruitment feasibility and opportunities to improve the recruitment experience. Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment and the overall recruitment experience. You should apply if: You have experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager owning meaningful product areas from discovery through execution. You’re highly autonomous and comfortable taking a problem, creating structure around it and driving it forward without waiting for perfect direction. You’re a clear, structured communicator who can bring others along in how you think about a problem, recommendation or decision. You’re comfortable working on products that span software, operations and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface. You’re comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions. You have strong product judgment and can make thoughtful tradeoffs when there isn’t a perfect answer. You’re experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design to take products from discovery through delivery and iteration. You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds. You’re comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities and technical constraints. You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information and continuously learn from customers and internal teams. Bonus points if you have: Strong data fluency and experience using data to understand problems, prioritize opportunities and measure product outcomes. Experience building products with a meaningful operational component. Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience. Experience in operations, business development or other roles that required you to work across product and business problems. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams or functions. Experience working with external partners, vendors or integrations that are critical to the customer experience. Experience with user research or research participant recruitment. Inclusivity and Pay At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we'd still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend The Opportunity: Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem. As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana. You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise. AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. What You’ll Be Doing: Be accountable for the performance of two distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability. Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs. Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities. Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands. Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk. Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through. Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work. Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities. Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need. Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work. Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes. Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions. What Makes You a Great Fit Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly. A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers. A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands. Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes. Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation. An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams. Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively. Bonus Points For Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems. Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions. Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products. Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations. Experience working on a widely adopted open-source product. Compensation & Rewards: In Ireland, the Base compensation range for this role is EUR 133,600 - EUR 160,320. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally. *Compensation ranges are country specific. Zurich has by far the most openings, followed by Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Zug. Remote roles open to people living in Switzerland are listed as well, and you can filter the list by city from the search bar or the links above.
Whenever the employer publishes a range, it is shown on the job card, on the job page and in the share image, always in Swiss francs. Many Swiss employers still do not publish salaries, so not every listing has one.
Employers post jobs directly on Techify. In addition, every night Techify collects tech roles from public job feeds such as SwissDevJobs, Jobicy and Remotive, removes duplicates and keeps only technology positions. Each imported job links back to the original posting.
Citizens of EU and EFTA countries can work in Switzerland under the free movement agreement and register for a permit after arrival. Candidates from other countries need an employer-sponsored permit, which Swiss companies obtain for specialists under annual quotas. Check the posting or ask the employer whether they sponsor permits.
Jobs posted on Techify offer Easy Apply: sign in, attach your CV once and apply with one tap. Jobs collected from other feeds take you to the original posting, where you apply directly with the employer.
A listing is a single payment with no subscription and stays live for 60 days. You do not need an account to post; the exact price is shown on the posting page before you pay.
