Senior Java/Angular Engineer

For a renowned Swiss bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Java/Angular engineer. In a newly built DevOps team you help develop the new platform for digital onboarding and product opening and run its services.

Your tasks

1. Build, develop and operate services in the DevOps team

2. Verify solutions against internal and external security standards

3. Improve operating processes and contribute to service design and architecture

4. Advise the business on feasibility and options, working closely with the product owner, business engineers and architecture

5. Depending on the position, introduce Camunda 8 and enable the team

Your profile

1. German at C1 level or higher, the project language is German. Understanding of Swiss German is expected. English at B2 level

2. Experience in client onboarding, digital product closings or client lifecycle management in finance within the last three years

3. Very good Java and Angular skills with Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Maven and SQL with PostgreSQL

4. Experience with Scrum or Kanban and a DevOps mindset

5. Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience

1. Camunda 8, including process design and implementation

2. Kotlin, Kubernetes with AKS, Docker

3. Git, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira
