Senior Product Manager - AI Agent

Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Spark, from problem definition through measured outcome in production. You'll join a dedicated Spark product group, where each product manager owns a distinct part of the agent, working alongside the engineering, applied AI, and design specialists who build it. You won't be the only person in the room who understands agentic systems. You'll have peers who have shipped autonomous AI at enterprise scale, and you'll be expected to raise their game as much as they raise yours. What You'll Do Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your area of Spark. Work directly with enterprise customers to understand what employees actually experience, not what the ticket data claims they experience. Partner daily with engineering, applied AI, and design to ship agent capabilities that are reliable, safe, and observable. Autonomous action on an employee's device is a high-trust operation, so you'll help define the guardrails as much as the features. Define how success is measured, and be rigorous about what the data supports and what it doesn't. Turn ambiguity into sequenced, defensible priorities, then communicate them clearly enough that engineering, sales engineering, and leadership all reach the same conclusion. Stay close to the frontier of agentic AI and translate what's newly possible into what we should build next.  QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Essential 5+ years in product management, including enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale. Experience shipping products where you have personally participated in evaluation design, strategy, experimentation, and iterative optimization. Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities, and to say no with a reason. Fluency with data. You can query it yourself, and you push back when framing outruns evidence. Excellent written and spoken English, with the range to move between an engineering standup and an executive pre-read. Nice to have Background in ITSM, IT operations, or digital employee experience. Experience with proactive engagement products such as notifications, campaigns, and nudges, where the hard problem is earning attention without becoming noise. Experience with conversational or channel integrations (Teams, ServiceNow, voice). We know strong candidates rarely tick every box. If you meet most of the essentials, apply. Why Join Us Work on a shipped, differentiated AI product with real enterprise adoption, not a pilot searching for a use case. Build autonomous agents on one of the richest real-time endpoint data foundations in the industry. A small, senior product group with genuine ownership and short paths to decisions. Hybrid working, a global team, and a learning budget. Nexthink is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and are happy to adjust the process for accessibility needs. Just tell us what would help. Product Manager

Job DescriptionWorkspace is one of Nexthink’s most strategic products, offering AI capabilities to help IT organizations manage how employees interact with their digital environment. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Workspace team and take full ownership of day-to-day product delivery — partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to keep pace with the team’s ambitious roadmap. In this role, you will be driving execution of the roadmap for our AI-native product: Workspace. You will contribute to discovery, feature delivery, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring engineering is unblocked and focused on the highest-value work. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed product decisions while staying aligned with the broader Workspace strategy. This is a great opportunity for a PM who wants to make a tangible impact on a product used by millions of employees worldwide, and who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end product delivery for parts of the Workspace product: from problem definition and discovery through to release and iteration. Conduct ongoing customer research and discovery to deeply understand employee and IT team needs, translating insights into clear, prioritized product opportunities. Document requirements for features, ensuring engineering always has clarity on what to build and why. Lead agile ceremonies with your engineering and design triad: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate launches and ensure alignment across the organization. Define success metrics for features and track outcomes post-release, using data to drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer within the team. Stay informed on trends in AI, digital employee experience, and enterprise SaaS to inform product direction.  Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment. Familiarity with AI-powered product features or experience. Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through to release, with minimal oversight. Strong discovery skills: experience running customer interviews, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating findings into product decisions. Excellent collaboration skills: you build trust quickly with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across functions. Strong written and verbal communication: comfortable writing crisp user stories, presenting to leadership, and facilitating cross-functional discussions. Self-starter mindset: you are proactive, organized, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be directed. Professional-level English, spoken and written. Nice to have: Experience working on products related to Digital Employee Experience, IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology. Background in UX thinking or experience working in a product trio (PM, designer, engineer). Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies (e.g., continuous discovery, JTBD).  Additional InformationWe are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise.
