Send your jobs to Techify with one request

Push open positions from your ATS, HR system or careers site. They arrive as free drafts in your workspace; you decide what to publish.

Get an API key

1. Sign in to your company workspace and open Integrations.
2. Choose Techify API under Add a source.
3. Copy the key (it starts with tfy_). It is shown only once; store it as a secret, for example TECHIFY_API_KEY.

Call the API from your server only, never from a browser or app. Each key belongs to one workspace; remove the source to revoke it.

Create or update jobs

POST/jobs

Send up to 200 jobs per request. New externalIds create drafts; known ones update their draft. Published jobs are left as they are.

description	string, required	HTML (p, h2, h3, ul, ol, li, strong, a…) or plain text. Scripts and styles are removed.
applyUrl	URL, required	Where candidates apply, with https://.
location	string	City in Switzerland, e.g. "Zurich, Switzerland", or "Remote".
employmentType	string	e.g. Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship.

Response 200, one result per job. outcome is created, updated, unchanged (already published) or invalid.

List your jobs

GET/jobs

Every job sent with this key, newest first, with its status: draft, live, paused or expired. Live jobs include their public url.

Close a job

DELETE/jobs/{externalId}

When a position is filled or cancelled: a draft is removed, a published job is paused and leaves the board. The paid period is not refunded.

Errors and limits

401: The x-api-key header is missing, or the key is unknown or was revoked.
404: DELETE: no job with this externalId was sent with this key.
422: A field is invalid. data lists each field, e.g. jobs.0.applyUrl.
429: Too many requests. Wait a minute and retry.

Up to 200 jobs per request and 600 requests per minute. Error bodies are JSON with statusCode and message.

Questions

Does pushing a job publish it?

No. Every job arrives as a free, private draft in your workspace. You publish the ones you want there, or with an AI assistant, for CHF 95 per job and 60 days. Publishing is not part of the API because it costs money.

What happens when I send a job again?

The same externalId updates the draft (title, description, apply link). Once a job is published, it keeps what you paid for and pushes report it as unchanged; edit live jobs in the workspace.

How do I take a job down when the position is filled?

Call DELETE /jobs/{externalId}. A draft is removed; a published job is paused and leaves the board. The paid period is not refunded.

Can I call the API from a browser?

No. Call it from your server or integration platform and keep the key secret. Anyone with the key can create drafts in your workspace.

How do I revoke a key?

Remove the Techify API source under Workspace, Integrations. The key stops working at once. Create a new source for a new key.
