Support Engineer

In this role, you will act as the physical face of EPAM IT at our clients key offices, bridging the gap between remote Service Desk teams and on-the-ground technical intervention across a large enterprise device estate. You will ensure smooth device operations, deliver white-glove executive support and handle technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
