Don’t like your job?

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to decide anything today.

Most engineers think about leaving long before they say it out loud. The hard part is not quitting, it is finding out what else is out there without anyone noticing. That part we can make easy.

Sound familiar?

Three reasons people in tech leave. And what to do about each.

The ceiling arrived

Same stack, same tickets, no path to the next level. See which roles ask for exactly what you already know, and which ask for the thing you want to learn next.

Paid below the market

Many Swiss postings publish a CHF range. Filter by salary and find out in ten minutes whether you are underpaid, before your next review.

The manager, not the job

A bad manager is the most common reason to leave and the hardest to explain. Message hiring teams directly on Techify and get a feel for the people before you commit.

The quiet plan

Looking is not leaving

  1. 1

    Look without an account

Browse every open tech role in Switzerland. No sign-up, no tracking pixels from recruiters, nothing to explain.

  2. 2

Let the right jobs find you

Save a search and get new matches by email. Unsubscribe with one click when you have found what you need.

  3. 3

Apply only when it is right

Upload a CV once, apply in two clicks and follow every application from sent to interview. Or stay, with a clear picture of your worth.

Salary filter

Published ranges, in CHF, on the card

Switch on the salary filter and the postings that publish a range light up. It is the fastest honest answer to the question you have been avoiding.

  • Filter by minimum salary, city, experience level and field
  • Ranges come from the employer, not an estimate
  • Save the search and get new matches by email

Why we built this

We have sat at that desk too

Techify is built by engineers in Zurich who have been on both sides of the hiring table. We know the Monday feeling, the job board full of roles that are not tech, the apply link that goes nowhere and the recruiter who calls your office line. So we built the board we wished we had: only tech, only open jobs, and nothing that gets you found before you are ready.

Not ready to look every day?

Save a search once and the right roles arrive in your inbox. No account needed to browse, one click to stop.

Still reading? That is a sign.

Have a look. Nobody will know, and you might find out you are doing better than you thought.

Good to know

Questions and answers

Can my employer see that I am looking?

No. Browsing jobs needs no account. If you create a profile, only companies you actually apply to see it. We do not sell profiles, run a public talent pool or notify anyone.

I am not sure I want to leave. Is this still for me?

Yes. Looking is not leaving. Most people use Techify to understand the market first: which roles exist, which stacks are in demand and what they pay. Many stay and negotiate better.

Do I need a CV to start?

No. Search, filter and save jobs without one. You only upload a CV when you decide to apply, and you can delete your account and data yourself at any time.

Why only tech jobs?

Because scrolling past marketing and finance roles to find the one backend position is part of what makes job hunting miserable. Techify lists engineering, data, AI, DevOps, security, product and design roles in Switzerland, and nothing else.
