Join Proton and build a better internet where privacy is the default Proton was founded in 2014 by scientists from CERN on a simple truth: privacy is a fundamental human right. Since then, we've built the world's largest encrypted email service (Proton Mail) and expanded into Proton VPN, Proton Drive, Proton Pass, and Proton Calendar — tools used by millions globally to protect their freedom, fight censorship, and keep their data safe. In some situations, Proton has literally helped save lives. We are profitable, independent (no VC control), and selectively hire from the top ~1% of applicants. Our 700+ team members across 50+ countries come from leading organizations and elite academic backgrounds. We move fast, keep hierarchy light, and prioritize impact over optics. If you want to do meaningful work with exceptionally high-caliber people, this is it. Check our open-source projects here. The Role We're building something new at Proton and we're hiring a Senior PM to lead it from the front. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, community dynamics, and Proton's mission to give people back control over their digital lives. You'll own the roadmap and execution for a product that brings privacy-first community experiences to millions of users. The team is small and senior; the scope is large. You’ll turn an ambitious product direction into clear strategy, crisp requirements, shipped experiences, and measurable outcomes. We're looking for someone who has lived inside communities products: who understands how engagement compounds, why moderation decisions shape culture, and how trust is built (and destroyed) at scale. If you've helped build or grow a platform where users interact, organize, and belong and you want to do it in a way that doesn't exploit the people using it, this is the role. What You'll Own Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap end-to-end — from first principles through to shipped features — without waiting for direction from above Own the metrics that matter: activation, engagement, retention, and community health. Set the targets, instrument the product to track them, and course-correct fast when signals shift Translate deep knowledge of how online communities work — growth loops, moderation, network effects, content dynamics — into a clear product point of view and a prioritized execution plan Lead cross-functional execution across a team of 6–12 engineers plus design, data, and growth — maintain velocity, surface blockers early, and keep the team focused on outcomes over activity Drive structured discovery: user research, competitive analysis, and direct feedback loops that keep product decisions grounded in real behaviour, not assumptions Represent the product externally when needed — to users, partners, and internal leadership — with clarity and confidence Who You Are 10+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on a social, messaging, or community platform Deep understanding of community product mechanics — you can reason clearly about engagement loops, content moderation trade-offs, trust and safety, and network effects without needing it explained Analytically sharp: you define success in numbers, run structured experiments, and make data-informed calls without losing sight of user intuition Strong, direct communicator — you write and speak with precision, push back when something doesn't make sense, and keep stakeholders aligned without over-meeting Proven ability to lead a product autonomously: you identify the right problem, build the case, and drive it to shipped — without a roadmap handed to you Nice to Have Experience building privacy-respecting alternatives to mainstream social or community platforms Familiarity with open-source community protocols (atproto, IETF MLS, Matrix, etc.) Background scaling a community product from early traction to millions of active usersMainstream community platforms often optimize for attention, ads, and control. Proton has a different opportunity: to build community communication around privacy, user agency, and trust. This role is for a PM who understands the mechanics of social and community products, but wants to apply them in a way that respects the people using them. What We Offer Work that Matters: Millions of people trust Proton with their privacy. We answer only to our users — not advertisers, not investors with conflicting agendas, not governments. A Great Team: Diverse, collaborative, and tight-knit, with people from MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Caltech, Cambridge, ETH, and more. Technology: The right hardware and software to do your best work. Learning & Development: We invest in your growth. Proton is one of the fastest ways to accelerate your career — real challenges, real ownership, from day one. Employee Benefits: Strong health coverage, solid retirement options, generous leave, and wellness support. Stock Options: From day one, you have a real stake in what we're building. When Proton wins, you win. In-Person Collaboration: Offices across Geneva, Zürich, Barcelona, London, and more. You'll spend most of your time collaborating face-to-face. Food: Lunch and snacks on us every day in the office. Transport: We cover public transport, bike allowances, or parking — whichever works for you. Flexible Working: You own your schedule. Outcomes matter more than clock-in times. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At Proton, we believe diversity drives innovation and strengthens our mission to provide privacy as a default for all. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, or socio-economic background — feel valued and empowered. If you need any extra support or reasonable adjustments during the hiring process, please let your talent partner know. Technical Product Manager - Code Quality
Position description As Senior Product Manager for code quality, you’ll decide how 7 million developers find problems in their code as AI writes more of it. The gap is large: 96% of developers don’t fully trust AI-generated code, yet only 48% always check it before committing (Sonar State of Code, 2026). With the engineers who build our analyzers, you’ll shape what SonarQube detects across Cloud, Server and IDE, and how teams verify code written by agents. The team: You will join the Code Quality product team, part of Sonar's Product Management group. Each Code Quality PM works with dedicated engineering squads and partners closely with UX, marketing and sales. We value collaboration, kindness and continuous improvement, and we base decisions on data and customer evidence. What will you own: The strategy and roadmap to develop our language ecosystems, from market research and customer discovery to shipped rules and analyzers. Decisions on which new languages Sonar should support, and where we should not compete. New AI capabilities: how our analysis fits into the workflows of AI coding agents, and how quality gates apply to AI-generated code. Day-to-day trade-offs with analyzer engineers, such as rule precision versus noise, and analysis speed. Regular contact with developers and customers through calls, our community forum and conferences, and turning what you learn into roadmap decisions. What you will do You’ll enjoy this role if you care about well-crafted software and like owning a topic end to end. Product vision and roadmap: research, clarify, and prioritize opportunities, and keep the roadmap effective Customer interaction: engage with users on the product forum, support them, and turn their feedback into opportunities Domain expertise: develop a deep understanding of code quality and how to help developers write more reliable, maintainable software Cross-team work: collaborate with other PMs on cross-product features, and align with engineering and UX from problem definition through development Experience and qualifications Must-haves 5+ years in technical roles, ideally including hands-on software development. 3+ years as a product manager on a technical or B2B software product, owning discovery, strategy and roadmap rather than only the backlog, preferably in an agile environment. Hands-on use of AI coding assistants or agents in your own work, and an informed view of how they are changing software development. Proven ability to lead a topic autonomously from start to finish, making pragmatic decisions amid change, complexity and uncertainty. Fluent written and spoken English. Nice to have Solid understanding of code quality in at least one programming language or ecosystem. Technical understanding of how code scanning and static analysis tools work. Experience in developer tools, or contributions to open-source tooling such as linters, compilers or IDE plugins. Experience speaking or writing for developer audiences. If you meet most of the must-haves and this work interests you, we encourage you to apply even if your background doesn’t match every point. Benefits of Working with Sonar: We encourage usage of our robust time-off allocations with 27 PTO days for our employees based out of the Geneva region, plus additional days based on seniority and circumstances. We contribute 60% of the total cost for your pension; 13.5% to 15.5% of your base salary for savings; 2% for risk. Generous discretionary Company Growth Bonus, paid annually. Commuting:Sustainable mobility options, including carpooling and the refund of 60% of the annual transportation subscription. Global workforce with employees in 20+ countries representing 35+ unique nationalities.

You’ll help shape how customers recruit and manage participants across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated and future research experiences. This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations and our panel partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners and other product teams. You’ll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs. You’ll work on: Own and evolve the roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze. Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering and experiences that reduce confusion for participants. Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases. Use data and customer insights to understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality and fulfillment. Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests. Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and identify where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage or efficiency. Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs. Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Research Partners to understand customer needs, recruitment feasibility and opportunities to improve the recruitment experience. Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment and the overall recruitment experience. You should apply if: You have experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager owning meaningful product areas from discovery through execution. You’re highly autonomous and comfortable taking a problem, creating structure around it and driving it forward without waiting for perfect direction. You’re a clear, structured communicator who can bring others along in how you think about a problem, recommendation or decision. You’re comfortable working on products that span software, operations and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface. You’re comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions. You have strong product judgment and can make thoughtful tradeoffs when there isn’t a perfect answer. You’re experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design to take products from discovery through delivery and iteration. You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds. You’re comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities and technical constraints. You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information and continuously learn from customers and internal teams. Bonus points if you have: Strong data fluency and experience using data to understand problems, prioritize opportunities and measure product outcomes. Experience building products with a meaningful operational component. Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience. Experience in operations, business development or other roles that required you to work across product and business problems. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams or functions. Experience working with external partners, vendors or integrations that are critical to the customer experience. Experience with user research or research participant recruitment. Inclusivity and Pay At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we'd still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture. Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations. Why Maze is unique Early-stage startup: You will join an early-stage startup with less than 150 team members. This means you'll have the unique opportunity to directly impact success and help shape the future of Maze. Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Compute Platform
About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role: Our customers build the frontier of AI on top of Nebius — training state-of-the-art models, running production inference at scale, shipping the research and products that define where the field is going next. We are building the AI cloud that the people building the frontier of AI choose deliberately — not on price, not on raw capacity, but on how it works to use it day to day. To do that, we are growing the AI Compute Platform product team and hiring multiple Technical Product Managers across the full surface of the platform. Your scope will be defined by what you bring. We will match your technical strengths, customer experience, and product instincts to the area of the platform where you can have the most impact. The platform is broad — and at our scale, every slice is mission-critical.If you want to help build the best AI cloud in the world — and you have the technical depth to engage engineering leaders as a peer (not as a translator) and the comfort to talk to customers directly — this team is for you. The platform you'll help build: Hardware platforms & launch — bringing new GPU and CPU platforms (GB300, Vera Rubin, ARM/Grace, future generations) to production with full launch readiness across the stack. Cluster lifecycle & fleet operations — new region launches, 100,000+ GPU cluster bring-up, platform sharding and allocation architecture, release engineering, host-lifecycle automation, operational efficiency. Reliability & Mission Control — autohealing, health checks, SLA, fault-tolerant training, MTTR reduction, customer trust at scale, observability as a product. Customer experience & developer surface — Compute APIs, console, CLI, IMDS and in-VM signals, self-service workflows, notifications, customer-facing observability, unified UX across the product line. GPU & InfiniBand foundational services — drivers, firmware, NCCL, IB/RoCE, NVLink topology, the foundational layer everything else builds on. Managed runtime platforms — Soperator (Slurm-on-Kubernetes) and MK8S (Managed Kubernetes for AI workloads), powering training and inference for frontier labs. Platform integrations & emerging workloads — Token Factory integration, RL and agentic workload infrastructure, capacity sharing, new business surfaces as they emerge. Cross-platform program & delivery — NVIDIA partnership programs, major-maintenance orchestration, cross-stream releases. You will own one of the slices of this platform end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include (regardless of which slice you own): Own end-to-end product responsibility for your area — strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, adoption, measurable customer and platform outcomes. Design and own the platform contracts customers depend on — APIs, semantics, system events, customer-facing surfaces, operational behavior — at hyperscaler quality. Drive cross-team execution across platform engineering, networking, storage, Soperator/MK8S, observability, IAM, billing, capacity planning, support, and product design. Turn customer pain into product commitments through structured discovery — interviews, usage analytics, support patterns, incident postmortems. Close the loop so the same class of failure or friction does not recur. Engage engineering as a technical peer — debate API design, reason about system trade-offs, judge the quality of platform internals, and push back when the design is wrong. Define and own success metrics — what you ship is measured by what changed for the customer or the platform, not by the size of the spec. Be the product voice that customer-facing teams (Support, CX, TAMs) escalate to when a system behavior, API contract, or operational pattern needs a product decision, not a workaround. We expect you to have: 6+ years in Product Management, Platform PM, Infrastructure PM, or SRE / Engineering Lead with strong product instincts. Strong technical foundation and cloud-infrastructure depth — comfort reasoning about API semantics, control-plane vs data-plane behavior, system events and lifecycle, multi-tenant operational realities. You can engage engineering leaders as a peer, not as a translator. Experience with cloud, GPU, or HPC infrastructure — either building one or operating one at meaningful scale (thousands of nodes, multi-region, multi-tenant). Track record of shipping technically complex platform products with measurable customer or platform impact — quantitative results, not aspirational bullets. Strong analytical skills: comfort defining and instrumenting product metrics, working with telemetry, building data-informed roadmaps. Experience leading discovery-heavy work — structured customer interviews, usage analytics, support-ticket analysis — and turning insights into shipped product. Strong communication and ability to align engineering, SRE, customer-facing teams, and exec stakeholders. High ownership, bias to ship, comfort with messy operational reality, and the instinct to push back on engineering when the customer experience or platform quality would suffer. It will be an added bonus if you have (these are not all required — different strengths fit different slices of the platform): Customer-facing experience and lived-it perspective: Direct PM experience with frontier AI customers — ML platform teams, MLOps engineers, training and inference at scale. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or HPC environments from the user side, and ML training workflows. Hands-on experience with ML training and inference workflows — especially distributed training at scale (multi-node, multi-GPU; comfort with checkpointing, NCCL, fault-tolerant training, debugging large training jobs). Experience as a customer of AI cloud infrastructure at large scale — especially as part of an internal ML platform team that built and operated infrastructure for ML engineers inside your own company. If you have lived through what frustrates customers about clouds, you will know exactly what we are trying to fix. Hardware, GPU, and HPC depth: Direct experience with NVIDIA reference architectures (NVL72, SuperPOD, MGX, DGX) and the NVIDIA stack (drivers, CUDA, NCCL, DCGM). Familiarity with InfiniBand / RoCE fabrics, firmware lifecycle, topology-aware scheduling. Hands-on with GPU clusters or HPC fabrics at thousands-of-nodes scale. Cluster and fleet operations: Background in Kubernetes lifecycle (CAPI, cluster upgrades, node-pool management) or Slurm at scale. Experience launching new cloud regions or data-center bring-ups end-to-end. Background in release engineering, change management, or major-maintenance orchestration in production environments. Customer experience and developer surface: Exposure to console / CLI / API design at hyperscaler quality — AWS, GCP, Azure depth on consistency, versioning, idempotency, error semantics, deprecation policy. Background in observability product — Grafana, Datadog, Honeycomb, New Relic. Knowledge of customer trust artefacts — status pages, RCA workflows, audit logs, SLA reporting, maintenance notifications. Familiarity with developer-experience product patterns — Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Render. Reliability and operational outcomes: Background in SRE, reliability engineering, or fault-tolerant systems for paying customers. Familiarity with reliability metrics that matter: Goodput, MFU, MTTR, MTBF. Experience with autohealing systems and graceful failure semantics. Emerging workloads and integrations: Familiarity with RL / agentic / inference workload patterns — vLLM, SGLang, Ray, Token Factory-style serving, sandbox technologies (Firecracker, gVisor, Kata). Experience with multi-product cloud integrations — capacity sharing, billing models, cross-product packaging. Background in pricing strategy for infrastructure products (reserved / on-demand / preemptible tiers, two-part pricing). Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation Career growth and learning opportunities Flexibility and ownership Collaborative and innovative culture Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. Good to know
Zurich has by far the most openings, followed by Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Zug. Remote roles open to people living in Switzerland are listed as well, and you can filter the list by city from the search bar or the links above.
Whenever the employer publishes a range, it is shown on the job card, on the job page and in the share image, always in Swiss francs. Many Swiss employers still do not publish salaries, so not every listing has one.
Employers post jobs directly on Techify. In addition, every night Techify collects tech roles from public job feeds such as SwissDevJobs, Jobicy and Remotive, removes duplicates and keeps only technology positions. Each imported job links back to the original posting.
Citizens of EU and EFTA countries can work in Switzerland under the free movement agreement and register for a permit after arrival. Candidates from other countries need an employer-sponsored permit, which Swiss companies obtain for specialists under annual quotas. Check the posting or ask the employer whether they sponsor permits.
Jobs posted on Techify offer Easy Apply: sign in, attach your CV once and apply with one tap. Jobs collected from other feeds take you to the original posting, where you apply directly with the employer.
A listing is a single payment with no subscription and stays live for 60 days. You do not need an account to post; the exact price is shown on the posting page before you pay.
