About the role We're looking for a Finance Data Scientist to join our central Data team as the first dedicated analytics partner to Finance. You'll turn billing, revenue and forecasting data into audit-ready numbers, and the analysis that shapes pricing and planning decisions as we scale towards IPO. Own finance-facing analysis: revenue and ARR reconciliation, cohort and retention economics, pricing and packaging experiments. Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified finance KPI layer (ARR, billing, revenue), and be the first to catch when a number is quietly wrong. Build forecasting and scenario models that FP&A uses directly in planning and board reporting. Translate ambiguous finance questions from FP&A, RevOps and leadership into clear, reusable analysis. Requirements Demonstrated experience as a data scientist or analyst embedded with a Finance / FP&A function, ideally at a growth-stage or pre-IPO company. Strong SQL and Python, with comfort reconciling data across Stripe, Salesforce and a dbt-modelled warehouse. Finance fluency: ARR, billing, revenue recognition, cohort economics — you can speak FP&A's language. Rigour around data quality: you reconcile by default and can explain a variance, not just report it. Strong stakeholder management with Finance leadership, and the ability to push back on ambiguous asks. Bonus Experience preparing finance data for audit, SOX or IPO readiness. Experience with pricing / packaging experimentation or revenue forecasting at a subscription or usage-based business. Experience with dbt or a modern warehouse (BigQuery), partnering directly with analytics engineers. Growth potential We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: Grow into a Lead Finance Data Scientist role as the central Data team scales. Expand scope into broader strategic finance or RevOps analytics. Path into a Head of FP&A Analytics or data leadership track. Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in CET / ET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin or New York. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds. RevenueCat
Remote (EMEA, LATAM, Canada, USA)
Senior Data Scientist, Product
RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. The role We are looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist who is deeply product-minded and highly proactive. This is not a role for someone who waits for perfectly defined questions or works in isolation. We are looking for someone who actively looks at our data, understands our customers’ pain points, identifies opportunities, and pushes ideas forward. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. Your work will directly power customer-facing features such as LTV prediction, experimentation and statistical significance, benchmarking, and entirely new data-driven products we have not built yet. You will be expected to bring ideas to the table, backed by analysis and clear hypotheses, and to influence product direction through data. Our data stack includes a Python backend, PostgreSQL production databases, Snowflake, dbt, and AWS. What you will do Proactively explore RevenueCat’s data to identify customer problems, opportunities, and product bets. Translate ambiguous product and business problems and questions into clear analyses, models, and recommendations. Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, not just execute on them. Design, build, and ship production-grade predictive and descriptive models that power customer-facing features. Define and evaluate statistical approaches for experimentation, benchmarking, and forecasting. Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on customer impact. Continuously iterate on shipped models and features based on real-world usage and feedback. This role has real ownership. You will not just support decisions, you will help drive them. About you You are a Senior Data Scientist who cares deeply about impact and product outcomes. From a skills perspective, you bring: 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist. Strong SQL skills and comfort with data modeling. Experience building and deploying predictive and descriptive models in production. Experience writing or collaborating on production-ready Python code. A solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, ideally including Bayesian approaches. The ability to clearly explain complex ideas and results to broad audiences. You recognize yourself in several of these: You are highly proactive and opinionated, and you are comfortable pushing ideas forward. You enjoy working with messy, real-world data and imperfect information. You care more about creating customer value than academic elegance. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists. You enjoy working closely with Product teams and influencing decisions. You are excited by the consumer subscription ecosystem and curious about how developers make money. What success looks like In the first month, you'll: Understand our data models. Get to know the team. Ramp up on the ongoing data feature work. Implement and ship your first project. Within the first 3 months, you'll: Meaningfully contribute to shipping a data feature to thousands of developers. Learn the basics of incident response, and be part of the on-call rotation. Work with our Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to improve our data pipelines for data science features. Launch your own explorations into our data to fulfill your own curiosity. Within the first 6 months, you'll: Own one or more core data-powered features end to end. Influence the data feature roadmap with clear, data-backed proposals. Be a go-to partner for product teams on data-driven decision making. Within the first 12 months, you'll: Propose and lead entirely new data-driven product initiatives. Push the boundaries of how RevenueCat uses data to help developers grow revenue. Help shape how data science operates at RevenueCat as the function grows. What we offer: Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator 10-year window to exercise vested equity options A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually Paid desk at a co-working space Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend Interviewing at RevenueCat Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? Remote (Europe)
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business. We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey. You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy. What you'll do Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging. Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales. Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities. Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve. Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support. Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have. Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data. Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise. Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics. Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives. What we're looking for Must-haves Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions. Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had. Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis. A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief. Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why. Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations. Preferred Experience with unstructured data. Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring. Understanding of subscription businesses. Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space. Bonus points if you've… Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver. Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual). Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance. How we work We optimise for responsibility and freedom. No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects. Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes. A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved. Why join Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions. Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue. Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.
