  • Docplanner

    Docplanner

    Remote (Europe)

Senior Clinical Product Lead | 100% Remote within Europe

About Docplanner and Noa Docplanner is a global healthcare platform connecting more than 300,000 doctors with approximately 100 million patients every month across 13 markets. Within Docplanner, Noa is on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. We build AI that works alongside doctors to: Remove their administrative work. Help them make better decisions and handle repeatable cases, so they can spend their time where it matters most. Help patients navigate healthcare using their medical history as personalized context. We're already in doctors' hands: Noa Notes takes documentation off their plates, while Noa Evidence brings trustworthy medical evidence to the point of care. The next frontier is the hardest—and the most valuable: helping doctors, and eventually patients, make decisions while our AI safely takes on repeatable clinical work. That's where a doctor's judgment has to live inside the product itself. That's this role. About the role You'll help take Noa from writing notes and providing evidence to helping doctors decide—and make sure that doctors and users trust it. This isn't a traditional CMO, advisory or regulatory role. It's a hands-on clinical-product role: the clinician–product–AI. You'll do two things: Help decide what we build for doctors by bringing their real needs, habits and workflows into the product. Define the clinical quality of what we ship: what's correct, useful and safe, and make sure we can prove it. Because you're a doctor yourself, you can talk to our users peer-to-peer and get the honest answers a survey never will. As our first dedicated clinical hire on the product, you'll set the approach, then help grow clinical expertise across Docplanner's AI product teams. You'll work day-to-day with Product, AI, Design, Engineering, Regulatory and our doctor network. What you'll do Shape what we build Bring how doctors really work (habits, preferences, workflow, admin) into the product. Talk to doctors, doctor-to-doctor, and turn candid feedback into product decisions. Partner with Product on the roadmap: what to build and what will actually get used. Make sure it's clinically sound Define the clinical quality bar and intended outcomes for our AI products. Review and improve prompts, model outputs, clinical templates, workflows and terminology. Spot clinical failure modes: what good and unacceptable outputs look like. Direct clinical evaluation: decide what to test, in what mix (specialty, population, complexity and edge cases), and set the bar. You'll bootstrap this with a dedicated owner who runs the process, tooling and annotation guidelines for doctors, while our clinical network performs the annotation. Turn model errors and clinician feedback into concrete product and model improvements. Keep it safe and scalable Work with ML/LLM teams, Regulatory experts and the PRRC to keep intent, evidence, risks and controls aligned, including EU MDR-related and similar requirements. Build feedback loops with practising clinicians and our consultant-doctor network. Define how clinical-product expertise scales across future products, teams and markets. What we're looking for A medical degree and meaningful experience practising medicine, with a strong understanding of clinicians' day-to-day work. Active licensure and current clinical practice are not required, although recent or ongoing practice is valuable. You've helped build and ship a digital health, clinical software or AI product—either within a product team or through meaningful entrepreneurial experience. You've turned clinical problems into product decisions, not just provided advice or review. Strong clinical judgment: you turn quality and safety into standards technical teams can use. You win doctors' trust quickly—you are the peer who gets the honest answer. You communicate clearly and directly across clinical, product, technical, regulatory and leadership teams. You're comfortable working at a senior, hands-on level in a fast-moving, international team. You actively use generative AI and understand its potential and limitations. Hands-on experience with prompting, evaluation, error analysis, human oversight or AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code is a plus. Bonus: experience with ambient documentation, clinical templates, medical-knowledge systems, clinical coding, evaluation datasets or building and certifying regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). What success looks like after six months A clear clinical quality framework for our priority AI products. Clinically grounded evaluation sets and thresholds in place. A repeatable way to turn medical expertise into better product and model decisions. Why join Noa at Docplanner Real impact at real scale: Your work reaches hundreds of thousands of doctors and their patients. Shape what comes next: You'll influence what Noa and Docplanner's AI products become—and whether doctors and patients trust them. Ship to learn: A feature in front of users beats another month of planning. Work flexibly: The role is 100% remote within Poland or Spain, with the team coming together regularly.

  • Maze

    Maze

    Remote (Europe, UK)

Senior Product Manager, Panel (Remote, EU/UK)

About Maze Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development. In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. That’s where Maze comes in. We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision. Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves. That’s why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Tools’ Design Tools Survey—and why we’re scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more. Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values. Location: Remote, preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain or Portugal. Key engineering and product teams are based in these locales. About the Role Maze customers need to reach the right participants and trust the quality of the people taking part in their studies. Recruitment is a critical part of research. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the recruitment and panel experience at Maze. You’ll help shape how customers recruit and manage participants across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated and future research experiences. This is a highly cross-functional product area that sits at the intersection of product, operations and our panel partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a trio with Engineering and Design while partnering closely with our Panel Operations team, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners and other product teams. You’ll own the customer and participant experiences as well as the systems behind them, helping Maze deliver a recruitment experience that is high-quality, reliable and able to scale with increasingly complex customer needs. You’ll work on: Own and evolve the roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze. Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering and experiences that reduce confusion for participants. Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including more complex enterprise use cases. Use data and customer insights to understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality and fulfillment. Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests. Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and identify where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage or efficiency. Develop smarter ways to route studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs. Stay close to the operational side of recruitment so product decisions are grounded in how participant fulfillment actually happens. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Research Partners to understand customer needs, recruitment feasibility and opportunities to improve the recruitment experience. Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment and the overall recruitment experience. You should apply if: You have experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager owning meaningful product areas from discovery through execution. You’re highly autonomous and comfortable taking a problem, creating structure around it and driving it forward without waiting for perfect direction. You’re a clear, structured communicator who can bring others along in how you think about a problem, recommendation or decision. You’re comfortable working on products that span software, operations and external partners rather than living entirely within a single product surface. You’re comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using what you learn to make better product decisions. You have strong product judgment and can make thoughtful tradeoffs when there isn’t a perfect answer. You’re experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design to take products from discovery through delivery and iteration. You think in systems and look for scalable product solutions rather than one-off workarounds. You’re comfortable balancing customer experience, business needs, operational realities and technical constraints. You thrive in an environment where you can move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information and continuously learn from customers and internal teams. Bonus points if you have: Strong data fluency and experience using data to understand problems, prioritize opportunities and measure product outcomes. Experience building products with a meaningful operational component. Marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience. Experience in operations, business development or other roles that required you to work across product and business problems. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams or functions. Experience working with external partners, vendors or integrations that are critical to the customer experience. Experience with user research or research participant recruitment. Inclusivity and Pay At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we'd still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or the Maze culture. Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations. Why Maze is unique Early-stage startup: You will join an early-stage startup with less than 150 team members. This means you'll have the unique opportunity to directly impact success and help shape the future of Maze. Market disruption: We believe that the way companies build products is fundamentally broken and the user research market is ripe for disruption. For too long, companies have been forced to choose between rapid development without user insights or investing months into research before bringing products to market. But there's finally a groundswell building around a path forward that eliminates this compromise - and Maze is leading the charge. • Nebius

    Nebius

    Remote (Europe)

Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Compute Platform

About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role: Our customers build the frontier of AI on top of Nebius — training state-of-the-art models, running production inference at scale, shipping the research and products that define where the field is going next. We are building the AI cloud that the people building the frontier of AI choose deliberately — not on price, not on raw capacity, but on how it works to use it day to day. To do that, we are growing the AI Compute Platform product team and hiring multiple Technical Product Managers across the full surface of the platform. Your scope will be defined by what you bring. We will match your technical strengths, customer experience, and product instincts to the area of the platform where you can have the most impact. The platform is broad — and at our scale, every slice is mission-critical.If you want to help build the best AI cloud in the world — and you have the technical depth to engage engineering leaders as a peer (not as a translator) and the comfort to talk to customers directly — this team is for you. The platform you'll help build: Hardware platforms & launch — bringing new GPU and CPU platforms (GB300, Vera Rubin, ARM/Grace, future generations) to production with full launch readiness across the stack. Cluster lifecycle & fleet operations — new region launches, 100,000+ GPU cluster bring-up, platform sharding and allocation architecture, release engineering, host-lifecycle automation, operational efficiency. Reliability & Mission Control — autohealing, health checks, SLA, fault-tolerant training, MTTR reduction, customer trust at scale, observability as a product. Customer experience & developer surface — Compute APIs, console, CLI, IMDS and in-VM signals, self-service workflows, notifications, customer-facing observability, unified UX across the product line. GPU & InfiniBand foundational services — drivers, firmware, NCCL, IB/RoCE, NVLink topology, the foundational layer everything else builds on. Managed runtime platforms — Soperator (Slurm-on-Kubernetes) and MK8S (Managed Kubernetes for AI workloads), powering training and inference for frontier labs. Platform integrations & emerging workloads — Token Factory integration, RL and agentic workload infrastructure, capacity sharing, new business surfaces as they emerge. Cross-platform program & delivery — NVIDIA partnership programs, major-maintenance orchestration, cross-stream releases. You will own one of the slices of this platform end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include (regardless of which slice you own): Own end-to-end product responsibility for your area — strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, adoption, measurable customer and platform outcomes. Design and own the platform contracts customers depend on — APIs, semantics, system events, customer-facing surfaces, operational behavior — at hyperscaler quality. Drive cross-team execution across platform engineering, networking, storage, Soperator/MK8S, observability, IAM, billing, capacity planning, support, and product design. Turn customer pain into product commitments through structured discovery — interviews, usage analytics, support patterns, incident postmortems. Close the loop so the same class of failure or friction does not recur. Engage engineering as a technical peer — debate API design, reason about system trade-offs, judge the quality of platform internals, and push back when the design is wrong. Define and own success metrics — what you ship is measured by what changed for the customer or the platform, not by the size of the spec. Be the product voice that customer-facing teams (Support, CX, TAMs) escalate to when a system behavior, API contract, or operational pattern needs a product decision, not a workaround. We expect you to have: 6+ years in Product Management, Platform PM, Infrastructure PM, or SRE / Engineering Lead with strong product instincts. Strong technical foundation and cloud-infrastructure depth — comfort reasoning about API semantics, control-plane vs data-plane behavior, system events and lifecycle, multi-tenant operational realities. You can engage engineering leaders as a peer, not as a translator. Experience with cloud, GPU, or HPC infrastructure — either building one or operating one at meaningful scale (thousands of nodes, multi-region, multi-tenant). Track record of shipping technically complex platform products with measurable customer or platform impact — quantitative results, not aspirational bullets. Strong analytical skills: comfort defining and instrumenting product metrics, working with telemetry, building data-informed roadmaps. Experience leading discovery-heavy work — structured customer interviews, usage analytics, support-ticket analysis — and turning insights into shipped product. Strong communication and ability to align engineering, SRE, customer-facing teams, and exec stakeholders. High ownership, bias to ship, comfort with messy operational reality, and the instinct to push back on engineering when the customer experience or platform quality would suffer. It will be an added bonus if you have (these are not all required — different strengths fit different slices of the platform): Customer-facing experience and lived-it perspective: Direct PM experience with frontier AI customers — ML platform teams, MLOps engineers, training and inference at scale. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or HPC environments from the user side, and ML training workflows. Hands-on experience with ML training and inference workflows — especially distributed training at scale (multi-node, multi-GPU; comfort with checkpointing, NCCL, fault-tolerant training, debugging large training jobs). Experience as a customer of AI cloud infrastructure at large scale — especially as part of an internal ML platform team that built and operated infrastructure for ML engineers inside your own company. If you have lived through what frustrates customers about clouds, you will know exactly what we are trying to fix. Hardware, GPU, and HPC depth: Direct experience with NVIDIA reference architectures (NVL72, SuperPOD, MGX, DGX) and the NVIDIA stack (drivers, CUDA, NCCL, DCGM). Familiarity with InfiniBand / RoCE fabrics, firmware lifecycle, topology-aware scheduling. Hands-on with GPU clusters or HPC fabrics at thousands-of-nodes scale. Cluster and fleet operations: Background in Kubernetes lifecycle (CAPI, cluster upgrades, node-pool management) or Slurm at scale. Experience launching new cloud regions or data-center bring-ups end-to-end. Background in release engineering, change management, or major-maintenance orchestration in production environments. Customer experience and developer surface: Exposure to console / CLI / API design at hyperscaler quality — AWS, GCP, Azure depth on consistency, versioning, idempotency, error semantics, deprecation policy. Background in observability product — Grafana, Datadog, Honeycomb, New Relic. Knowledge of customer trust artefacts — status pages, RCA workflows, audit logs, SLA reporting, maintenance notifications. Familiarity with developer-experience product patterns — Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Render. Reliability and operational outcomes: Background in SRE, reliability engineering, or fault-tolerant systems for paying customers. Familiarity with reliability metrics that matter: Goodput, MFU, MTTR, MTBF. Experience with autohealing systems and graceful failure semantics. Emerging workloads and integrations: Familiarity with RL / agentic / inference workload patterns — vLLM, SGLang, Ray, Token Factory-style serving, sandbox technologies (Firecracker, gVisor, Kata). Experience with multi-product cloud integrations — capacity sharing, billing models, cross-product packaging. Background in pricing strategy for infrastructure products (reserved / on-demand / preemptible tiers, two-part pricing). Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation Career growth and learning opportunities Flexibility and ownership Collaborative and innovative culture Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. • RevenueCat

    RevenueCat

Remote (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, Canada, USA)

    Senior Product Manager, Funnels/Workflow

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in. The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for our Funnels and Workflows products. We need a producty-engineer or an engineering-y product manager to lead the product vision in a highly technical, experimentation-driven domain where UX choices, growth tactics, and analytics all compound. RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of the new subscription apps shipped. For most of those apps, Workflows and Funnels will be the products that actually do the monetizing: automating paywall decisions, running win-back and lifecycle campaigns, and turning web traffic into paying subscribers. We can, and should, be opinionated about what RevenueCat’s developers should try next to help them make more money. We’re building the “Make More Money Machine”. You'll lead two of RevenueCat's highest-leverage growth surfaces. Workflows will be the orchestration engine that lets developers trigger paywalls, win-back offers, and lifecycle campaigns based on real subscriber behavior. Funnels is our web2app product that turns web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, opening up an entirely new acquisition channel for our customers. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base. What You'll Do Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's new Workflows and Funnels products. Be obsessed with your customers. Speak to prospective customers to understand their use cases deeply, and identify the feature gaps blocking adoption. Coordinate with existing customers to unblock them and help them earn more money. Triage and investigate problems proactively, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig into what growth teams actually want and the challenges they face, and understand why these products are a crucial instrument in any modern app's growth toolkit. Recommend, develop, and maintain new features that deliver value that truly matters, enabling customers to easily spin up compelling experiences, understand the results, and iterate quickly. Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline. Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these growth tools to market. This job cannot be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that connects them. About you: You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time growing mobile apps. You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love getting deep on the data analysis on your own. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics. You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across. What we offer: Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator 10-year window to exercise vested equity options Fully remote and flexible work environment 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge $2,000 USD for workspace setup and $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning Curious about the interview process? Discover more in our blog post about how we hire and learn tips to help you succeed.
