Zurich HQ
About Us: DeepJudge is Switzerland’s leading AI and ICT scale-up, transforming how law firms and legal departments access and leverage their knowledge. Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, and backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors, we are building the intelligence layer that powers the legal industry. Every firm can license the same AI models, but no two firms share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often trapped across systems, underused and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure, enabling firms to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn experience into a lasting advantage. Our technology is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms, including Freshfields, Gunderson Dettmer, Holland & Knight, Arent Fox, and Cozen O’Connor. Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America, we are expanding rapidly and shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied. At DeepJudge, we move fast, think rigorously, and care deeply about what we build. We combine cutting-edge research with close collaboration with our clients to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. If you want to be part of a team defining how AI transforms high-stakes knowledge work, this is the place to do it. About the role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer at DeepJudge, you own the technical implementation of our AI search platform for some of the world's leading law firms. Every customer environment is different: from cloud-native deployments to complex on-premise infrastructure, enterprise identity providers, document management systems, and datasets containing hundreds of millions of documents. Your mission is to ensure customers successfully deploy, integrate, and adopt DeepJudge in their environments. This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role that sits at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and enterprise AI. You'll spend your time deploying software, solving complex integration and infrastructure challenges, troubleshooting production issues during customer implementations, and working directly with engineering teams to continuously improve the product and deployment experience. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to make every deployment faster, more reliable, and easier to operate. If you enjoy solving difficult technical problems, working directly with customers, and seeing the impact of your work in production, this role is for you. No travel is required for this role. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the technical solution end to end, from architecture and hands-on implementation through production rollout and adoption, adapting DeepJudge to the customer's environment and needs along the way. Deploying and configuring DeepJudge across cloud and on-premise customer environments. Integrating DeepJudge with enterprise systems such as document management systems, identity providers, cloud platforms, and other data sources. Troubleshooting complex issues across deployments, infrastructure, networking, authentication, integrations, and application behavior. Building deployment automation, implementation tooling, documentation, and operational playbooks that make customer deployments faster, easier, and more scalable. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to solve complex technical challenges and improve both the product and deployment experience. Bringing recurring customer requirements and challenges back to the team and helping turn them into product and engineering improvements. Taking ownership beyond your immediate projects: spotting what is missing, fixing what is broken, and helping us build the processes and tools we need as we scale. You're a great fit if you: Have 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Forward Deployment, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role. Have experience deploying or operating enterprise software in production environments. Have experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure or GCP. Enjoy working directly with enterprise customers, building trusted technical relationships, and guiding complex implementation projects from kickoff to production. Enjoy troubleshooting complex technical problems that span infrastructure, integrations, and application behavior. Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bonus: Experience with enterprise search, AI/LLM platforms, document management systems, Infrastructure as Code, or experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment What you can look forward to: Owning the deployment of AI systems that power knowledge discovery for some of the world's leading law firms. Solving challenging engineering problems across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, authentication systems, and large-scale data environments Working closely with experienced engineers, product teams, and customers to shape both our platform and how it is deployed A high-ownership engineering culture founded by ex-Google search engineers and ETH Zurich AI PhDs, where customer feedback directly influences the product The opportunity to improve deployment tooling, automation, and operational processes as we scale globally A collaborative team in Zurich shaping how AI transforms professional knowledge work. At DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. About the Role Neural Concept accelerates the full engineering simulation cycle. Our AI platform compresses the time from design change to validated result, so engineering teams can explore more, iterate faster, and ship better products. The Vertical Solutions team turns that capability into production-grade, domain-specific solutions for our customers. As a Senior CAE and AI Expert, you will own the simulation workflows, benchmarks, and solution assets that sit at the heart of what we deliver. Solutions Engineer - German Speaker
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. The Role We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function for the DACH region. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you. As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product. This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH. What You'll Do Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges. Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product. Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution. Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward. Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy. Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies. Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally. Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface. Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp. We’d love to hear from you if you have 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience). Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell). Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires. Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned. Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect. How Techify works
Title, location, salary and a few tags. Pay once and the job is live for 60 days, no account needed.
Candidates apply with their saved CV straight from the job page. You get the application in your inbox and in your dashboard.
Ranges in CHF whenever the employer publishes them, on the card and in the share image, so nobody wastes a first call.
Listings posted here and the public feeds we collect every night land in one list, deduplicated and filtered to tech roles.
Don’t like your job? You’re not alone →
Every link opens the live list filtered for you.
Good to know
Zurich has by far the most openings, followed by Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Zug. Remote roles open to people living in Switzerland are listed as well, and you can filter the list by city from the search bar or the links above.
Whenever the employer publishes a range, it is shown on the job card, on the job page and in the share image, always in Swiss francs. Many Swiss employers still do not publish salaries, so not every listing has one.
Employers post jobs directly on Techify. In addition, every night Techify collects tech roles from employers' public career pages and feeds such as SwissDevJobs and Remotive, removes duplicates and keeps only technology positions. Each imported job links to the employer's own application page wherever one is public.
Citizens of EU and EFTA countries can work in Switzerland under the free movement agreement and register for a permit after arrival. Candidates from other countries need an employer-sponsored permit, which Swiss companies obtain for specialists under annual quotas. Check the posting or ask the employer whether they sponsor permits.
Jobs posted on Techify offer Easy Apply: sign in, attach your CV once and apply with one tap. Jobs collected from other feeds take you to the original posting, where you apply directly with the employer.
A listing is a single payment with no subscription and stays live for 60 days. You do not need an account to post; the exact price is shown on the posting page before you pay.
